Expect potential delays

Glasses will ship in 12-14 days. Contact lens orders will ship in 1-2 days. You will receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order is with the courier.

Our Mission is to ensure everyone has access to the eyewear they need. In response to the shortage of personal protective equipment, we’re producing safety glasses and face shields for frontline healthcare workers. So far, we’ve donated over 60,000 safety glasses and face shields.

Unless we’ve sent a cancellation notice or your status has changed to cancelled, this is likely just the authorization hold being dropped by your card provider. We’ll still charge you for your order and notify you once it has shipped.
The estimated delivery date is calculated based on common production times. However, COVID-19 is impacting production and supply lines differently, which means some pairs may be taking longer than the promise date indicates. You can check your order status and you’ll receive an email as soon as your order has shipped.
Yes! Just make sure you follow the same practices you normally would for regular, healthy contact lens use – always wash your hands thoroughly before putting in or taking out your contacts and try avoid touching your face. For more advice, check out our blog.
Wash your hands, especially before and after putting on your glasses. As the virus can be transmitted through your mouth, nose, or eyes, try to refrain from touching your face as much as possible.
