How Does It Work?

You will be offered the opportunity to sign up as you order your contact lenses, and will be asked to select how frequently you would like to receive them. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment.

How can I change my delivery address

You can change your address in your My Account. Log in and select 'Subscription' and then click 'Edit'.

How do I change my refill frequency?

You can change your refill dates in your My Account. Log in and select ‘Subscription’ and then click ‘Edit’.

How can I cancel Contact Lenses by Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in your My Account. Log in and select ‘Subscription’ and then click ‘delete’.

How can I update my prescription?

You will need to create a new Subscription and delete the old one in your My Account. Log in and select ‘Subscription’ then click ‘Delete’. You will then be given the option to add a new prescription in your account.

How can I change my credit card?

You can change your credit card information in your My Account. Log in and select ‘Subscription’ and then click ‘Edit’.

How do payments work?

Your credit card will be charged with each shipment. Your subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of term, but you can adjust or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your My Account and selecting 'Subscription'.
